Last week, when I was in the building, the Smokestack cafe was closed. Now, it seems it is reopening and the Humboldt Board of Supervisors needs to extend the lease and remove the temporary waiver of rent.
I had reported on the waiver of rent previously. Interesting development about the reopening decision by Christopher Rohrs.
