Confusion in court about past hearings and dates

Murder suspect Ryan Tanner was scheduled as change of plea on July 1 in the system. That was incorrect or was it? The August 4 date was not known or listed  from the previous minutes so I have no idea why Judge Kaleb Cockrum and the court clerk did not know. I was in court when the August 4 date was scheduled.

Mistakes do happen. Right now court is very hectic but I checked the same e court so don't know why the August 4 date which both attorneys and I knew about was MIA. I checked the court system and it is different.

Today, Dr. Andrew Renouf and Dr. Michael Matto were appointed. Tanner entered the NGI plea. The receipt of doctor's report is on August 7. That date is Saturday so I will check e court next week and update the post.

The change occurred at the last hearing on June 25. Tanner had previously entered a dual plea of not guilty by reason of insanity on June 21.

Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for the case. Mr. Russ Clanton is Tanner's attorney.

9/1: Another receipt of dr's report and setting hearing. Nothing has happened since July.

9/29: Receipt of dr's report and setting continued to 10/21.

10/21: Receipt of dr's report and setting continued to 11/15.
