Murder suspect Daniella Moore was arraigned on information this morning.
Next court date is August 18 for trial setting and third doctor's report.
She was held to answer on all preliminary hearing charges on July 7. Charges are the same for the jury trial.
Moore has entered an additional plea of not guilty by reason of insanity.
Assistant Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Moore's attorney.
8/18: Defense still waiting on one doctor's report. Continued to 9/1.
9/1: Dr. Green had to reschedule visit with Moore. Pre-trial and status of doctor's report on 9/14; trial confirmation on 2/7/22 and jury trial on 3/7/22.
9/14: Status of Dr. Green's report continued to 11/16.
11/16: Status of Dr Green's report continued to 12/14/21.
