Rat infestation isn't a selling point. The asking price was ridiculous to begin with and empty restaurant spaces in Humboldt aren't in demand, especially post COVID 19. Former Gonsea, Sizzler and China Buffet locations have also been for sale for a long time. Maybe the City of Eureka would be interested for the right price?
