There was a motion to dismiss under CCP 581 (f) (2) filed by Sherlock Mini-Storage in the case against them by Thomas Blaquelorde. It was granted.

(2) Except where Section 597 applies, after a demurrer to the complaint is sustained with leave to amend, the plaintiff fails to amend it within the time allowed by the court and either party moves for dismissal.
I will update on Monday if there is even anything to report; if Blaquelorde even bothered to show up for court. A decent, local business wasting time and money because this miscreant never has any consequences for his behavior.
Blaquelorde is pro per. Sherlock Mini-Storage is represented by Mr. Justin Buller.
Blaquelorde lawsuit as most of his filings is legally defecient. It is about his storage unit and Sherlock mini storage.
He is incompetent. He has harassed attorneys, threatened me for reporting. He hangs out in the law library drunk and/or high preying on people needing legal help and giving bad advice. He wastes court resources and times.
When he is not at the courthouse, he at the post office or copy centers stinking it up with his drunk/high obnoxious self or passed out in front of a seedy motel or in an alley. People get arrested for similar behavior but this slime has managed to escape consequences.
To declare Sai Rose a vexatious litigant but allow Blaquelorde free access and to terrorize the community is legal justice? He needs legal action taken against him and to be prevented from entering the courthouse or the law library unless it is for legitimate business, for a time limit and if he acts out; permanent ban.
