Trial setting and motion to dismiss was scheduled on this morning for Sean Allman.
The motion to dismiss was denied. Judge cited the standard required at the preliminary hearing. Trial confirmation is on March 15; jury trial on March 28.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for the case. Mr. Ben Okin is Allman's attorney.
Allman is charged with Count 1 Terrorizing or Obstructing Exercise of Religion. Count 2 is Criminal Threats. Both counts pertain to the Episcopal Diocese of Northern California.
