An older woman and a man with an infant were in court today to support Jasmine Sadie Aileen Sheets.
Probation recommended she be released on supervised release. Sheets has no rap sheet. She was released with several terms including no consumption of alcohol as well as participation in substance abuse and mental health treatment.
Sheets entered a 10 day time waiver. The date of July 29 was vacated. Preliminary was rescheduled for September 7.
