Anthony David Maillelle was arrested yesterday by HCSO on a bench warrant issued for PC242 and PC 240. He was arrested in May 2021.
Maillelle failed to appear at arraignment on 6/29/21. A bench warrant for $10,000 with no cite and release. Maillelle was released by the jail to "self." Maillele only has one open case in the system when I checked today.
Maillelle was arrested by the Eureka Police Department and booked back in jail later the same day for public intoxication.
Dustin Andrew Lawler was arrested by the Arcata Police Department on a bench warrant issued for violation of parole. He has been arrested multiple times. Lawler also only has one open case listed. Nothing about a bench warrant in the court minutes or records.
