Murder suspect Daniella Moore has a lot of cases in Humboldt Superior Court. Moore has entered an additional plea of not guilty by reason of insanity. So, did she suddenly become insane for this case?
Nothing about her prior history has been mentioned by the District Attorney in the homicide case.
This is a profile I found on the internet. I don't know how many other Daniella Moore's are in Eureka that have also been booked into the Humboldt jail and have twins. There is no current record for a Daniella Moore in prison. People do get released early.
You can look at the photo in the Penacon profile and compare it with the booking photo of the woman charged with Hannah Hayhurst's murder. The photo in the Penacon would be 10 years ago if it is the same Daniella Moore.
