Isabella Vanderheiden was arraigned on two DUI counts on July 12. She has retained Ms. Kathleen Bryson. Deputy District Attorney Jessica Watson was present at arraignment.
The DA has made an offer to resolve the case if Vanderheiden pleads guilty to either Count 1 or 2 for the standard disposition.
Trial confirmation is scheduled for 4/27/22; jury trial on 5/2/22. Vanderheiden has no prior record.
