Will Darrius Upshaw be able to prove his medical claim about not being able to ejaculate?

 

Alleged rapist Darrius Upshaw's jury trial resumed today. Only rebuttal witness was brief testimony by Arcata Police Department Evidence Tech Taron Brown. Closing arguments are scheduled for tomorrow. 

Upshaw agreed to a medical exam. Upshaw testified he was unable to ejaculate but he can orgasm. John Doe #1 said Upshaw ejaculated on his face.

The defense filed a memo to preclude impeachment based on prior acts.

Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for the case. Mr. Russ Clanton is Upshaw's attorney.
