Cassandra Hesseltine, Film Commissioner for the Humboldt-Del Norte Film Commission has filed a lawsuit against Cher-ae-Heights Casino and the Trinidad Rancheria. Hesseltine's attorney works for the local Zwerdling Law Firm. Cher-ae- Heights is represented by an attorney with the Gordon Rees law firm in San Francisco.
A case management conference is scheduled for August 2. There isn't a whole lot of information in the e court system other than the type of filing. Another CMC scheduled for 12/3/21.
