The outpatient vs State Hospital debate was already hashed out and over several hearings

 

Ewa Misztal had been transported to the State Hospital in 2019.  There was a hearing today. Next court date is May 4.

We have been through the issue of outpatient treatment for Misztal before. There was a lot of previous coverage. I am not rehashing the same arguments already presented.

Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Misztal's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for the case.
