At trial confirmation for murder suspect Ulisses Rodriguez this morning, jury trial scheduled for March 15 was vacated; instead that date is now calendared as trial setting.
Ms. Andrea Sullivan is Rodriguez's attorney. She made an oral motion to continue. That motion was granted.
At the last hearing, Ms. Sullivan said there may be a motion to continue based on expert availability. Defense still has not received discovery requests related to a cell phone and confidential informant John Doe.
Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal is the prosecutor.
