BOS hire Meagan O'Connell back as the next PD and for once, make a decision that doesn't add unneccesary costs to taxpayers

Whenever Public Defender Marek Reavis retires; I hope the Board of Supervisors hire Ms. Meagan O'Connell as interim PD, again, and then make it permanent.

She was interim PD while Mr. Reavis was on admin leave. She did a great job and there was no disruption to court cases. The Public Defenders know her and she knows the local court system. 

If COVID 19 restrictions and closures and the impact on the economy are impacting the budget which they are; for once the Supervisors need to stop wasting taxpayer money and fill the job with a local candidate who has proved she can do the job.
