Intervention was scheduled this afternoon for convicted human trafficker David Anderson. Mr. Michael Acosta substituted in today as Anderson's attorney. Another intervention is scheduled for November 21.
Preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 9. One case is a second arrest for human trafficking; the other case is for violation of probation, PC 3455 (a) charged as a felony.
Charges for human trafficking case:
The prosecutor for the case is Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads. Deputy Conflict Counsel Owen Tipps was Anderson's attorney.
Time estimate is a full day.
