Judge John Feeney denies DA's motion to reconsider his 2016 ruling

Judge John Feeney denied the DA's motion to reconsider his 2016 ruling. DA Maggie Fleming referred to the same Section 6608 mentioned in the Court of Appeals ruling that I wrote about after the last hearing.

Cooley's opposition to the petition was filed yesterday.

Judge Feeney stated the exact reason stated by Cooley's attorney, Conflict Counsel Super ising Attorney Ms. Meagan O' Connell. The same thing repeated in past hearings.

Judge Feeney said the motion for reconsideration had to be filed within 10 days of the ruling and it has now been two years.

He did not adddress the criteria in Section 6608.
