Jeff Tsarnas has intervention scheduled tomorrow in his hit and run case.
Preliminary hearing is currently scheduled for March 7.
Tsarnas posted bail and is out of custody. He has retained Mr. Neal Sanders who filed a substitution of attorney in February.
3/5 update: A 977 waiver was filed for Tsarnas. The March 7 date was vacated. Setting of preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 13.
