Peter Ian Marks arrested by CHP was booked
PC 978.5, another bench warrant and another foreign warrant.
Last time he was arrested by Arcata Police for a foreign warrant, which is a warrant from another county or state. Marks was wanted by Ventura County. He was also the alleged victim in another case I covered. Yesterday's booking photo requested.

Someone in desperate need of mental health intervention to keep him out of trouble. Not mean or anything, just a ball of out-of-control impulses and attention seeking that draws the wrong kind of attention. The other day he was in Target telling his life story to a clerk while the service line backed up behind him, and nearly forced the clerk to call for assistance dealing with him.
