James Aaron Hearn was arrested by Arcata Police Department for lewd and lascivious acts with a a minor. Hearn's bail at booking was set at $225,000. As of 10:30 today, the DA's office has not even received the police report. Hearn has to be arraigned by tomorrow or he will be released from custody.
Hearn was arraigned on 3/20. Intervention is on March 27. Preliminary hearing is April 2.
