Fortuna PD arrest Jeremiah Fletcher of Eureka on four felony warrants related to meth
In the early morning hours of 03-27-2019, officers were advised by a vigilant citizen of subject possibly sleeping at the wheel in the 2300 Block of Hillside Drive.
Upon arrival Officers contacted Jeremiah Fletcher Age 37 of Eureka in the drivers seat. Fletcher was subsequently arrested for four outstanding felony warrants for his arrest, related to the sales of methamphetamine. Fletcher, whom is also on Felony probation was searched incident to arrest and approximately 6.2 grams of methamphetamine in his pocket.
During a search of the vehicle, an additional 53.4 grams of methamphetamine as well as a digital scale, a pipe, $640 and packaging material were also located.
An additional passenger of the vehicle, Kyrie Slade, 28 years old of Fortuna, was cited and released at scene for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Fletcher was booked without incident for possession of methamphetamine for sales, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of probation as well as his four outstanding felony warrants.
