Prelimimary hearing for murder suspect Lorna Leen was continued to March 20 since no courtroom was available last time and she has entered a time waiver. It was continued again today with a special set for March 22 in Courtroom Six.
Deputy District Attorney requested that Judge Kelly Neel be disqualified under PC 170.6. Judge Lawrence Killoran granted that motion. The People's request that Lern waive her right to a continuous preliminary was denied by Judge Killoran.
Leen is charged with the murder of Brandon Brocius.
