John Doe #1 said he tried to wash the taste out with hand sanitizer and dish soap after Cory Fisher ejaculated in his mouth

John Doe #1, who is an adult now, stationed in the military is Cory Fisher's former stepson and the oldest. He testified about the allegations of sexual abuse this morning and is still on the stand. At the time, the alleged sexual started, he was in the 5th grade.

He gave detailed and explicit testimony about forced masturbation, forced oral copulation and attempt at anal sex by his stepfather, who he referred to as defendant.

So far, testimony has focused on incidents that allegedly occurred at the William Street house. Some happened while Fisher was tucking him and his brother John Doe #2  into bed. John Doe #1 slept in the lower bunk. The incident of anal sex was when only Fisher and John Doe #2 were alone at home. Angela Fisher had gone to bed or was not home when these incidents happened.

"I say the first time, he was tucking me and my brother into bed, he pulled his pants down and revealed his penis and testicles. He was stroking his penis. From that he gestured for me to fondle him. At first, I was resistant. Then, he took my hand and he made me fondle him." John Doe #1 said Fisher's penis was erect, for the "first few strokes, he held onto John Doe #1's hand. Then he let go and made me stroke it."

This stopped when Fisher heard a noise.

Forced oral copulation happened more than once with Fisher ejaculating into John Doe #1's mouth and "moaning." After that happened, John Doe #1 ran into the kitchen and tried to wash his mouth out with hand sanitizer and dish soap.  John Doe #1 said he still could not get the taste out of his mouth.

Fisher got upset with John Doe #1  when Fisher attempted to have anal sex with him; his stepson told him it was extremely painful, despute that Fisher put lubricant on himself and got upset when John Doe told him he would not do it and threatened to tell his mom.

John Doe #2 said Fisher was yelling, "this is what he wanted and I wasn't giving it to him."

The afternoon testimony was just as compelling. John Doe #1 testified about Fisher forcibly orally copulating him after he caught John Doe #1 looking at porn and another time when John Doe was watching a TV channel he was not supposed to and told John Doe to close his eyes and pretend it was a fantasy. Fisher also made John Doe #1 orally copulate him.

If John Doe did  such forced acts then Cory Fisher would not tell his mom about him experimenting and trying marijuana and John Doe could go to the mall or a date with his girlfriend. John Doe #1 gave up having a social life and became a hermit.

"The defendant and I had an agreement," said John Doe #1. "As long as it did not happen to my brothers, I would keep my mouth shut."

John Doe #1 testified about incidents of physical abuse where Fisher slammed him into the wall in front of his mother. Another incident where Fisher tasered him in the middle of a store to show how a taser works.

During cross examination by defense, there was some effective testimony that could be used to impeach John Doe #1 or John Doe #2 or Angela Fisher.

John Doe#1 said every single sexual act was against his will. He explained he kept quiet because he had seen Fisher get away with no consequences even when police were called, Fisher told him they would be homeless if he told anyone and told John Doe #1 his mother would not believe him.

John Doe #1 said that while Fisher orally copulated him and maturbated him, Fisher would touch himself. Fisher also gave John Doe #1 alcohol and prescription drugs like Lorazepam and so John Doe #1 was unable to fend him off.

John Doe #1 finished his testimony and he is subject to recall.
