Lorna Leen was released from custody today


Lorna Leen is no longer in custody. Judge Gregory Elvine-Kreis dismissed the murder charge against Leen this morning. If you missed the earlier posts, including comment from Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo, those links are provided below.

If the District Attorney refiles charges, I will do an update.

    This means there's still a KILLER in our community who hasn't been caught. That's really unacceptable

    Actually, at least two killers among us. The person who killed David Josiah Lawson. Unacceptable!!!!

    She is why so many homeless ppl are looked down upon. Shame on the courts for allowing her to be free.
