Setting of preliminary hearing for Jeff Tsarnas' hit and run case was scheduled for March 13.
Defense has filed a motion regarding discovery that is scheduled for March 27. Intervention was scheduled April 22 and preliminary hearing for April 30.
Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is prosecuting the case. Mr. Neal Sanders is representing Tsarnas. Mr. Patrik Griego was in court on behalf of the victim, Ms. Kelly.
