"He said Cory forced him to give a blow job."

Based on internal HCSO memos, including one by Sgt. Meyers, a PREA investigation was assigned to Detective Jemnifer Turner by her Supervisor, Sgt. Diana Freese. PREA stands for Prison Rape Elimination Act.

After very credible testimony by James Doe #1, the testimony of HCSO Detective Jennifer Turner was a very effective move by Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads.

Detective Turner corroborated James Doe #1's testimony adding a few more details. When he spoke with Detective Turner, James Doe #1 used more explicit language.

James Doe #1 told Detective Turner that Cory Fisher came into his cell and said, "There is something I need you to do." Fisher pulled his penis out and said, "I need you to suck on this."

James Doe #1 said, "Fuck no" and Fisher responded, "Yes you are." As James Doe #1 testified, Fisher held a taser to his head and threatened to call code.

James Doe #1 pretended like the first groping incident did not happen. The second time, James Doe #1 responded, "What the fuck?" and Fisher told him to be quiet or he would call in code and say that James Doe #1 assaulted him.

There were two minor differences between what James Doe #1 told Detective Turner and his testimony today. But it did not change the basic facts.

One was  James Doe #1 saying it was tier time to Detective Turner, when the forced oral copulation occurred ( which was still in the morning between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m )and morning count which is around the same time in court. James Doe #1 also said in court that he could have said tier time to Detective Turner.

The other difference was that James Doe #1 said Fisher just pulled up his pants and he told Detective Turner that Fisher said, "stop" and that is what ended the oral copulation.

Investigator Petersen was present during James Doe #1's interview.

Right before lunch, Detective Turner was testifying about James Doe #2's interview.

After lunch, Detective Turner corroborated testimony of James Doe #2 and James Doe #3.

An additional PREA report contained the allegations of James Doe #3. Detective Turner said that James Doe #3 was embarassed to share details of what Fisher had done to.him.

When asked what he would like to see happen to Fisher, James Doe #3 said, "he wanted Cory to admit to what he had done and apologized for it." Detective Turner said James Doe #3 became emotional and started crying.
