"I know I told you there has been some physical abuse in the house but I have not told you the whole story."

Court started a few minutes late today in the Cory Fisher jury trial because an alternate juror was late. This has been the 2nd time. No apology.

Now, court is on an extended break because the People's next witness will not be here until 11.

This morning we heard from Fisher family friends Bobbi and Kris Wibbenhorst.

Kris Wibbenhorst worked with Cory Fisher at the Humboldt County jail and he is the one who made the initial report to Eureka Police Department. Both could not provide exact dates but they testified about seeing John Doe #2 and Angela Fisher after the June 25,2017 altercation and the conversation in which Angela Fisher disclosed the sexual abuse.

According to Bobbi Wibbenhorst, this conversation happened sometime after 4th of July 2017 but before July 30,2017. Her testimony was brief and Deputy Conflict Counsel David Lee did not cross examine her.

More details were available during Kris Wibbenhorst's testimony.

"I know I told you there has been some physical abuse in the house but I have not told you the whole story," is what Angela Fisher said, according to Kris Wibbenhorst. Then Angela disclosed that she had learned that Cory Fisher had molested her sons and she started crying.

Kris Wibbenhorst did not report what he had learned that day. " I expected Cory's wife to say something." In that initial conversation, Angela Fisher said she just wanted Cory Fisher out of the house. Kris Wibbenhorst contacted EPD because he was concerned about Cory Fisher getting custody of John Doe #3.

During cross examination by Mr. Lee, Kris Wibbenhorst said that Angela Fisher only revealed John Doe #1 and John Doe #2 had been molested.

It was Kris Wibbenhorst that asked if John Doe #3 had been molested. Angela Fisher responded, "If he did, then I'd kill him."

Kris Wibbenhorst revealed a nickname for John Doe #3 that the Fishers called him, "little flame because he was flamboyant."
