Cory Fisher's former co-worker and former correctional officer Nicholas Adrian briefly testified today about the June 25, 2017 incident.
He is not in contact with Fisher anymore.
William Seymore, a former inmate at the Humboldt jail,supposed to testify for the defense did not show up.
Angela Fisher was recalled. She was questioned by the defense about her testimony and the contradictions with John Doe #3 and John Doe #2's testimony.
Angela Fisher stood by her testimony. She emphatically denied that John Doe #3 told her about the inappropriate touching by his father on the same day it happened.
She insisted that she did not know until she called him in Oregon.
John Doe #3 was a very brave, consistent and credible witness. A conviction can be based on the testimony if the jury believes the testimony of one single witness. Given his age, that young boy did a great job testifying and his testimony in court and the CAST interview was very compelling.
