Trial confirmation for murder suspect Maxx Robison scheduled this morning was continued because defense filed a motion to continue. Hearing on that motion and trial confirmation is scheduled for April 2. Jury trial is scheduled for April 8.
Robison is charged with the murder of Rhianna McKenzie and attempted murder of Elisha Mansell.
District Attorney Maggie Fleming was in court today for the People. Mr. Russ Clanton is representing Robison.
