Alleged human trafficker David Anderson has a preliminary hearing scheduled for March 18.
The time estimate is 8 hours. He has two recent cases; one is a violation of probation.
At the last minute today, Deputy Conflict Counsel Joe Judge filed an order shortening time for a motion to continue.
Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is the prosecutor in this case. She is currently in trial in the Cory Fisher case. Fisher was supposed to be "a dark day" Monday but this morning jurors were told court would be in session.
