Samantha Luna making a piddly pre trial conference seem like a big deal

Samantha Luna had a pre trial conference scheduled this morning in early resolution court. She had a piddly hearing and not even in the "big league" criminal courts yesterday.

So, the staged photo on her Facebook page and pretending to be a "bad ass" may seem like a big deal to her clueless fan club but so far Luna  and her Oakland lawyer have achieved bupkis.

Her out of area attorney did finally make a court appearance yesterday. Luna's case has been transferred to misdemeanor court. A trial setting is scheduled for April 24. Defense intends to file a motion to compel.

  1. lol.... typically shameless, millennial behavior. It would be funny if it weren't so over-the-top repulsive.

  2. I know some wonderful, hard working millenials. This is more like clueless, attention seeking behavior.

    1. I understand, and I agree. My comment was an indictment of that generation's "typical" likelihood, in today's frenzied, social-media climate, to feel entitled to fame at any cost, including their self-respect. I know we have some wonderful people out there in that—and every—demographic, and I'm proud of those individuals. But sadly, millennials' reputation as a segment of the population precedes them.

    2. Knowing you well, I knew what you meant but now with the clarification, so will others.

    3. Not every millennial was raised by a trophy for losing parent or parents.
Millennials get a bad rap because self-absorbed individuals like Miss Luna make horrific mistakes and refuse to own up to them. However she has the right to spend large amounts of money to make a huge mistake even worse by posting the stupidity to be viewed on the internet for all eternity.
