Pre trial was scheduled for Samantha Luna on December 11. Luna was not in court when her case was called, her out of area attorney was not present and no local attorney made a special appearance on behalf of the defense.
Judge Lawrence Killoran issued a bench warrant of $5,000 for Luna. No other media in court.
11:02 a.m. update : Just received a call from Mr. Ben Okin. He was delayed, appearing on other cases. He made an appearance on behalf of Luna later today. The bench warrant was recalled. Next court date is March 12. I appreciate Mr. Okin calling me.
