A Florida couple has filed a civil lawsuit in Federal Court against Dr. John Coates and the Central Vermont Medical Center.
When their now-grown daughter sought information about her biological father through DNA testing, she learned Coates was her father.
The Rousseau's lawsuit claims Coates artificially inseminated Cheryl Rousseau with his own sperm rather than that of a donor.
