Kevin Spacey is scheduled to be arraigned at the Nantucket District Court on January 7.
A criminal complaint has been filed
against Kevin S. Fowler aka Kevin Spacey and charges of indecent assault and battery.
Cape and Islands District Attorney Michael O’Keefe said that a public show-cause hearing was held in the case on Dec. 20.
