Michael Grant's sentencing for a stipulated prison sentence was scheduled for December 20. Grant entered an open and a conditional plea on November 20. Sentencing was continued today by the court until January 4.
Mr. Neal Sanders, Grant's attorney explained that while the stipulated term to Count for the upper term was agreed to by both parties. there is a weapon enhancement which has a lower term of three years, mid term 4 years and upper term of 10 years. The court will make the ruling on that enhancement in January.

Deputy District Attorney Candace Myers is prosecuting the case. Mr. Neal Sanders is representing Grant.
