Two years and eight months later, alleged molestor Mario Alexander's case goes to trial
Jury selection for Mario Alexander has
started this morning with individual questioning of jurors in a closed courtroom.General jury selection is not expected until after first of the year.
Alleged victims are his stepdaughter and her friend.
Given the holidays, the trial estimate was increased from four weeks to five weeks.
The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads. Alexander is represented by Mr. Russ Clanton.
