Desiree Henley released early from jail despite two arrests since April after being placed on probation
Desiree Henley was released from the Humboldt County Jail on December 17 per PC4024.1 or "early release".
Desiree Henley was arrested in October 18 on a bench warrant. She was arrested on April 20, three days after being placed on probation for aiding and abetting in the Blue Heron fire.
"a) The sheriff, chief of police, or any other person responsible for a county or city jail may apply to the presiding judge of the superior court to receive general authorization for a period of 30 days to release inmates pursuant to the provisions of this section.:
