Trial confirmation was scheduled for alleged molestor Chad Smith on December 20. Jury trial is scheduled for January 7. Alleged victim is his former step daughter. Jury trial date was confirmed, for now.
Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is currently in jury selection for another lengthy alleged molestation trial for Mario Alexander.
Court call appearance for Smith's court appointed attorney Andrea Sullivan was authorized for trial assignment on January 4.
