Charles Zane Riley, one of the two suspects arrested on arson charges for the 3rd street fire has 44 cases in the Humboldt Superior Court system. That includes one family support and one family law case.

when will the courts put this piece of garbage in jail and rid him from society? The courts are too liberal. Arapaio needs to come to Humboldt and set up a tent con camp with NO amentities. The crime level in Humboldt is proportionate to the spineless level of our judges and juries. No spine-up goes crime. How simple does it get?
