This was a possibility since Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield prosecuted David Anderson (in 2014 when he was with the DA's office. See my coverage from last week
Intervention and determination of conflict is scheduled for 12/20 for David Anderson. There is also a request to calendar filed yesterday by the Public Defender's office. That could be for the determination of conflict or bail reduction.
