This morning, there was hearing to schedule murder suspect Lorna Leen's preliminary hearing Defense needs more time to get some records to prepare for Leen's defense. Due to confidentiality, they were not stated on record.
After talking to Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer and Deputy Public Defender Rebecca Linkous at the bench, Judge Feeney granted the defense request to continue the setting to schedule the preliminary hearing to January 24.
Family members of Brandon Brocious, including his father Chip were in court.
