Polish citizen Ewa Misztal had a CONREP reccomendation hearing scheduled this morning December 21; continued to 12/28. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo submitted on Dr. Soper's report.
Arguments were presented. This case gets continued so many times that I am just going to add future updates to this post. For a case that never went to trial, it is still not concluded two years and three months later.
Misztal is a less of danger to society than Marci Kitchen who was sane and killed her own daughter and her daughter's best friend, fled the scene and dragged out a case.
