There was a motion filed by the District Attorney to continue David Bernard Anderson's preliminary hearing scheduled for November 26. Conflict Counsel's office took over the case on November 19. Motion was granted by Judge Hinrichs.
Court records say DA filed motion to continue. Court minutes say defense requested continuance.
Intervention is now scheduled for 1/23. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 28.
I did check Friday afternoon to see if a motion was filed. It was not in the system. Checked again this morning.
