"I can't raise my family here"

Robyn Spillman came home to his first floor apartment in Santa Monica after Christmas shopping and found two homeless men, Elijah Smart, 29 and Markis White, 19 who asked him if they could "hang out for a while".

They weren't expecting him to be back so soon and were cooking dinner. Spillman said his kitchen was a mess.
They also wanted to take a shower. Smart and White were arrested for burglary.
