Intervention and determination of conflict was scheduled for David Anderson on December 20. Preliminary hearing scheduled for December 26 for his case with the human trafficking charges remains set. Time estimate is 2 hours.
There is a separate intervention date for his alleged parole violation case set for December 28.
Public Defender's office declared a conflict. Conflict Counsel accepted appointment today. Mr. David Lee spoke with Anderson who kept saying "yeah", "yeah" . Mr. Lee told Judge Feeney, "at this time, we are keeping dates."
