Arson suspect Paul Aguilar entered a conditional plea yesterday. In his most recent case, he pleaded guilty to County 3, unlawfully causing fire to a structure.
Sentencing is scheduled for January 24. No additional jail time requested. As of today Aguilar has been in jail for 16 days.
