Blue alert issued for suspect who killed police officer during traffic stop

Officer Ronil Singh of the Newman Police Department (was shot and killed during a traffic stop early this morning. A blue alert has been issued for the suspect. Officer Singh had served since 2011.



5 p.m. update:  Investigators found the suspect's gray Dodge Ram pickup truck hidden in a garage, just a few miles from where shooting occurred.
