Trial setting was scheduled today for alleged molestor Mario Alexander on September 10. Alleged victim is his stepdaughter. Alexander has been in jail for 866 days.
Trial confirmation is scheduled for November 6, 2018. Jury trial is scheduled for December 10.
Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is prosecuting the case. Mr. Russ Clanton is representing Alexander. Before that he had the Public Defender. Most motions to continue the jury trial have been since Mr. Clanton took the case.
