Trial setting for Ulisses Rodriguez was scheduled for September 20. Intervention was scheduled for October 10. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 16.
Rodriguez is charged with the murders of Tiffany Ellebrecht and Jeremy Kuemmel.
Rodriguez has one other case in the Humboldt Superior Court system for using a cell phone without a hands free device in 2017.
In 2018, an arrest for obstructing a police officer.
