Aaron Hooven's preliminary hearing scheduled for September 12 was vacated. At intervention, defense made an oral motion to continue the intervention to September 19; preliminary hearing continued to October 3.
The District Attorney had made an offer on September 20: open plea to Count 1.
Hooven is charged with two felony counts. Count 1 is shooting at an occupied motor vehicle. Hooven is charged with discharging a rifle.
Count 2 is Assault with a firearm. Alleged victim is Kyle Glenn Jacobsen.
